**Because of the size and need of the average family, for $9,800 we build all houses with two bedrooms and a living area, sanitation and a water component, and furnishings with their home, funded by other generous donors. Families with no access to electricity will also receive a solar-powered light kit. Any gift of $4,900 will be matched with the gift of another generous donor, and you will both receive a Certificate of Appreciation with a photograph of the family in front of their secure and comfortable home.
